Beneath the Veil is a brand new 18+ server based on the franchise Twisted Wonderland. Our story takes place on Sage's Island, which houses the prestigious Night Raven College, Royal Sword Academy, and Noble Bell College, where your journey as a budding mage will begin. However, beneath the carefully constructed surfaces of these three institutions, lie a dark, decades-old underbelly. We've taken a dark academic, and completely optional/hidden twist on our roleplay, harkening to the seedy happenings of a secret society. Each dorm not only embodies the ideals of their Seven, but also designs their own ideology and rituals to honor them (mad tea parties in Heartslaybul, group hunts in Savanaclaw, etc.) Yet, there is always room for our bright-eyed academics! If your character has no aim for secret societies and midnight rituals, they&rsquo;re more than welcome to engage in academic bliss with no strings attached. A secret society would hardly be secret if everyone was forced into it, right?

<li>We don't have a Yuu or an MC/protagonist, but you are welcome to pick up any character from the Brothers Grimm, Hans Christian Andersen, Disney, etc, or any available canon character to make an OC. Ramshackle Dorm is assumed to not have existed.</li>
<li>Tupperbox roleplay, organized channels and text threads, and SUPER FRIENDLY AND COOL mods at your service!</li>
<li>Our server is restricted to those 18+ and all muses must be 18+.</li>
<li>Because of the secret society angle of this AU, there most likely will be triggering subjects such as religious themes, cult-like behaviors, social isolation, drugs, and violence. However, participation in secret societies is entirely optional and mentions of these topics are locked behind a hidden role. You are free to live out your shoujo manga university dreams!</li>
