Server contains several channels with a welcome channel describing rules, any suggestions you may have and introductions from other people. There is a making relationships channel to match make friends/ potential romance, a channel for general chat. And episodes category for anyone with bpd experiencing e.g channel rage : if you were experiencing a rage episode you could vent/ ask for advice etc here. A symptoms category for discussing symptoms.&nbsp;
A love and relationships category discussing favourite person, family relationships and friendships.&nbsp;
A trauma category with a channel for 'trauma dumping' and for coping mechanisms.&nbsp;
There are also comorbidity disorder channels and voice channels and I'm open to adding any suggestions I get.&nbsp;
Some of my channels in the rules have stated that members do not need to use a trigger warning e.g in trauma dumping section as its obvious this will be a triggering channel. However some channels like 'general' require trigger warnings.&nbsp;
