Welcome to any and all new members! Regardless of race, creed or lifestyle you are welcome here. We are a science based, fitness focused server with an emphasis on training calisthenics. However we support and teach many different things here. Such as mobility and flexibility through various means such as foam rolling, breathing techniques, yoga, dynamic stretching etc. We also support individuals who train crossfit, pilates, running, cycling, gymnasts, weightlifters, self defense etc. Though with that being said, we do not offer any science based info on anything but calisthenics, yoga and crossfit as of right now. However if you have a question or want to share anything about your journey our community is always willing to engage with you.&nbsp; Aside from the aforementioned details, I am working on providing a comprehensive list of all calisthenics exercises with detailed form guides and highlighted anatomical target points. The same goes for yoga asanas and vinyasas. We also have many different channels where we share info about anatomy, general training, nutrition, free learning resources, training intensity methods. Along with others that are meant more for engaging with the community and just having some fun. A shop focused around my brand is also in the works, I plan to create and sell many different things. Such as workout gear, cosmetics and clothing merch so be on the lookout for that.&nbsp; My end goal with this server is to not only create a business around it and become a ACSM personal trainer. But also to create a free "one stop shop" for anyone to reference in their fitness journey. For all individuals to come to as a means to reach their training goals.
